Hi. My name is Abby & I have been doing macrame & crochet since college in 2014.

I taught myself how to macrame and crochet from watching YouTube videos. I found myself having extra free time in the winter of 2022 and I picked up a crochet hook (for the first time in 8 years) and started making beanies. Then 2 days later, I decided to start a business selling at local craft shows. One year into the business and I am now selling 16 different products and I am now making a website and selling my products online.

Hobby Hoss Goods got its name from my grandma. Her farm is called Hobby Hoss and I asked if I could name my property Hobby Hoss also. And she said yes. So it only felt appropriate to name my first business the same thing.
